		<description>Ran into the same issue - just cracked the box on two units I purchased 6+ months ago.  This extra quiet power supply comes with an undocumented fan.  No where has that been mentioned.  I did pay for the $5 for PSupply testing (although I haven&#039;t tried either one yet).    Also, mine shipped set to 220v as well.  Any clue what the little nob does beside the power switch?</description>
